A product described as “selected by Quiet Glow,” “Quiet Glow Select,” or similar wording is a third-party product selected for inclusion in our store and is not necessarily manufactured by Quiet Glow.

Quiet Glow currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by overseas fulfillment partners.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by order processing, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, inaccurate addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar government charges are not included and may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
