If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Because our products are personal care and sleep-related items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, worn, opened, or removed from their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
